Real Estate Photography Rates

Prices start at $120 for a bungalow sized home in the Royal Oak area. Prices go up from there based on size of the home, location, and time it take to shoot it. For example a 3-4 bedroom colonial in Bloomfield Hills averages between $150-180. A home located in Plymouth would be between $180-$250.

What's Included?

Full coverage of the exteriors and interiors, all color corrected and cropped. You are provided with smaller resolution images that are perfect for online viewing right away. If large resolution images are needed for advertising or brochures they will be provided. A beautiful virtual tour with it's own link, including music and stills. The tour will be automatically listed onto realtor.com (for showcase members), zillow, trulia, google maps, and google base. The tour link will be emailed for you to use it wherever else you may like. Each image is embedded with keywords such as your name, company name, the city the home is in, and special features it has to help google bring your listing to the top of searches. This means that every image in the virtual tour also has those keywords embedded. The more you post the link and photos, the better off your SEO for your listing is!

Photoshop Advanced Editing

Lilacpop Studio is able to make very sophisticated edits to key photos when required. For example, removing power lines, patching grass, or even removing cars. Our rate for advanced photo editing is $125/h.

Twilight Photography & Luxury Homes

Beautiful homes are made even more spectacular when photographed under the right lighting conditions. Our starting rate for luxury home photography is $500.00. Ask for details.
